Am I right in thinking this goes over a swingbridge somewhere?

There is a swingbridge just before Ashton Junction, last swung in 1936 I seem to recall. The line is still in place but the permitted axle load is now very low as the bridge has fallen into disrepair and no passenger trains use it.

Great photo's ,I didnt know it existed otherwise would of been up for a visit there. So it's being closed because people who moved into the bling flats don't like a railway on there doorstep?? But the railway was there when they moved in?
If so this is one stupid country we live in!
