A bus has crashed into a bakery in Leeds city centre injuring two people.
The bendy bus, operated by First Group, smashed through the front of Ainsleys bakery as it turned a corner into Infirmary Street on Tuesday morning.
A waiting bus driver and a woman in her 20s, who were on the pavement, suffered minor injuries. No one inside the shop was hurt.
A First Group spokesman said there were no passengers on board at the time and an investigation was under way.
Angela Jobling, who works opposite the bakery, said the crash seemed to happen in slow motion.
"The bus was trying to turn and as it did it just slowly hit the kerb and just went into Ainsleys.
"It was very loud. I was expecting it to explode but fortunately it didn't and everybody was fine."
