Buying InterRail tickets in Ireland

Is it possible to buy InterRail (One Country or Global) in person at ticket offices in Ireland, either in Northern Ireland or the Republic? Are any fees charged?

A handful of key regional stations do.

Neither Connolly nor Heuston stations sell them in Dublin but the USIT office on Dublin's Aston Quay (near O'Connell Bridge) do sell them though charge a fee. Have a feeling that Irish Rail do not charge a fee but advisable to double check that with them.
