BVE4 Coding Guide

Hi guys,
I have been working on my Richwell Network Stage 2 over the last week, and have included lots of new BVE4 features. I know a lot of BVE route developers aren't aware on how to use such coes, so I have written a BVE4 Coding Guide, aim at developers who need to understand how certain codes work.
It contains all the NEW BVE4 codes (lighting, weather, signaling etc), so you should be all set!

Thansk Dennis - it was because of you that I did it! You have helped me with loads of codes and commands that I've asked for, so I thought it might be worth putting it all together and helping others!
