Can anyone identify these layouts?

A few years ago, I saw a couple of layouts on t'internet.

One was a 1960's great western branch terminus, and one was a London TMD, with two tone green loco's. On that one, there were some fictitious loco's, made as cut and shuts.

Has anyone got any idea which layouts these might be, and if their websites are still up and running?
