Can you identify this steam locomotive?

Hi people, driving round this evening looking for a place to park up for the night when i found myself in what i will call a rather rundown and less than desirable part of Barking East London (River Road Ind Est) when i came accross this locomotive, needless to say i was somewhat surprised to find it there, can anyone identify it, im not particurly into foreign steam locos but im always curious as to how they get to this country and for what purpose, so basically if anyone has any info id be really interested to read it.

Oh and needless to say, after i got my pictures, i went and found somewhere a bit nicer/safer to park for the night

Fraid the links don't seem to be working, but there was a railway museum at North Woolwich that closed a little while ago, and the Epping-Ongar railway is probably the nearest there is now, and they (or rather the previous owners) did buy some locos from Finland (without, apparently, noticing that they were a different guage to Britain ).

I can't get the links to work either, but I assume that this is the locomotive in question, No 794, built in 1925 by Tampella in Finland, works number 350: as far as I can ascertain it passed through Ongar on its way to Barking.
