Most stopping trains between Huddersfield and Leeds on this date have been cancelled by Northern on Sunday 4th March.

For example, looking at National Rail Enquiries if you are travelling from Batley to Leeds, there is a rail replacement bus at 0831, another bus at 0931, a train at 1010 and that is the final service of the day to Leeds. The situation is about the same at Morley, Cottingley, Revensthorpe and Deighton. An evening train from Leeds to Marsden serves all of these stations.

From Mirfield there is a wider selection of services throughout the day:
0810 Leeds (Bus) NT
0812 Wakefield Kirkgate (Bus) GC
0951 Huddersfield (Bus) NT
1000 Leeds NT
1237 London Kings Cross GC
1413 Halifax GC
1542 London Kings Cross GC
1631 London Kings Cross GC
1843 Halifax GC
2122 Marsden NT
2204 Halifax GC
2247 Halifax GC

However, the vast majority of Northern services have still been cancelled.

Northern have had this timetable up for at least a week (probably longer). If you search for engineering work information for Mirfield none is provided on Northern's journey check page:

If you go to NRE and ask for Northern engineering work notices for 4th March 2018, you engineering work get information about:
- Manchester to Preston
- Stockport to Northwich
- No trains at Bolton
- No trains at Bradford Interchange
- Long-term work on the North Fylde line

None of which is relevant here.

So Northern have cancelled almost all trains all day, not replaced them with buses, and not told anyone about it.

Most of Calder Valley services are diverted to run via Dewsbury on 4th March.

The National Rail Enquiries website states on the Northern 'Future Engineering Work' list for 4th March that for both the Bradford works, and the Manchester - Preston works, Northern train information has not yet been added to the journey planner. Less than ideal, certainly, but I wonder if perhaps there might be some piffling little timetabling conundrum that Northern are having to wrestle with at the moment which could be causing problems...

I'm sure that it will be in the journey planners, with appropriate fare easements and all the rest of it, as soon as they can manage it.
