Can't connect camcorder to PC...

Hi guys, need a bit of help if possible, if this is the wrong place mods, feel free to move it

Basically I bought a used camcorder on eBay, it's an Aiptek AHD A100, I did a test video, and went to connect it up to my PC, but I got the message that the connected device wasn't supported by Windows XP, now I know that the camcorder is for XP from SP2 on, but I have SP3, so surely that isn't the problem?

Any ideas?

Just ask if you need more info, I've attached my System Information..

EDIT: I've not got any software for the camcorder, and I can't find anything suitable on the Aiptek site, so could that be the problemo?

Sounds like a driver issue.

Can't find any drivers on the manufacturers website but I have found some here that may work.
