Just to clear up any false ideals of incompetence...

I was actually attaching the hose to fill up the buffet vehicle's water tank! One of the porters was struggling and so it comes for the normal task of the day, the station master to get down on his hands and knees, and start battering coaches.

Not my train but I suppose at the time I was kneeling on my platform
