The permanent footbridge at Castle Cary has been deemed as unsafe, so the temporary one (put up to cater for Glastonberry crowds) looks to be being used to access plat 2 and 3. Anyone got more info on this please?

Last Friday I stopped at Castle Cary and the footbridge towards the country end of the station was fenced off to the public and had large
blocks of concrete under holding it down on platform 2. Passengers were using the london end footbridge so things seem to have changed
in just over a week!

The fault was only discovered overnight last night or early this morning according to discussions in the GW passenger forum.
