Central Line Signalling

Ive been watching the TfL realtime service thingy http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tfl/realtime/ and for the past 3 or 4 days, the Central line has been almost constantly on Minor Delays due to a signalling systems failure.

Anyone know what the problem is there?

A new timetable was introduced and the signalling systems were incompatible with it....

A new timetable tape (for a new working timetable) was loaded on Monday morning and this "crashed" the control computer.

The ongoing problems are they are now running the old timetable, however all the train operators duties have been changed to the new timetable so the Operators no longer match up with the trains, so a reduced service is operating.
