A quick question for anyone that's up to speed with workings on French railways - I'll be travelling from Chambéry - Geneva and back next Saturday, and am wondering what rolling stock I can expect to form services on this route (I believe that most services to Geneva start from Valence).

Many Thanks! :)

A Newish 4 car EMU when I travelled on it last year. Didn't get the number, had been a long Sunday travelling frm Marseille on TER.

A B81500 or B82500 EMU on looking.

Hmm...well it was a 4 coach unit like the one above, but in both directions it was absolutely packed for me...not impressive, especially compared to the 12-Coach 'Inter-Regional' CFF train I got from Geneva to the airport.
