Changing horn sounds

I run BVE 2 and whenever using the HST the horn sounds weak and is crap so is there 'easy' way to change the horn?

Download BVE4 and try the new HST on there, if not - download the new HST from TSC and copy over the train.dat and .wav files.

I did say easy
I'll give it ago been meaning to try BVE 4 for awhile so that might be the way forward.
