Chapel en le Frith to Rock Ferry

I'm going from Chapel en le Frith/Chinley to Rock Ferry on Saturday, watching the football, Tranmere Rovers v Sheffield Wednesday, watching Wednesday for the first time in a few years.

Cheapest I can find is £12.55, is there any split that will get this cheaper at all? Its a very good fare I know for the distance, just wondering if I could get it down by even 50p.

Is that for a return or single journey and are you travelling with anyone or by yourself?

Return, on my own. £12.55 is just a Cheshire Day Ranger I think, used to be able to get to Liverpool for under £12 but I've never actually travelled onto the Wirral before.

Hazel Grove, Bryn and Garswood would probably work for a longer journey time.
