On Friday 17th March I travelled into Birmingham New Street before college to photograph the 1T66 New Street - Cheltenham Spa race special service using 47851 and 47826 in top and tail formation. I was 20 minutes late getting into college but it was worth it!
Later in the day after college I travelled to a road near me that runs alongside the Sutton Park freight only line to photograph the 5Z91 formed of 47813, 4xMk3's and 4x82's. Also by chance I saw 66149 which powered past whilst waiting for the 5Z91. A pretty gloomy day meant that some photos have unfortunatley blurred slightly.
