You need look no further than the “Frequently Requested Diagrams” stickied thread that is posted in the Traction & Rolling Stock sub-forum:

Plus, as is well known, the Chiltern loco hauled services are denoted by the combination of “M” and “S” symbols at the top of the column in the timetable, although of course this does not show which set is allocated to which duties.
