Some interesting pics there.

Out of interest, does anyone know when & why the DVR lost all its semaphores in favour of multi-aspect colour lights? It don't half spoil the atmosphere of the place!

I agree at one point i thought i was on a mainline station. I think it is a shame as the line would be far more historically accurate. I suppose its down to staffing as many of the staff are volunteers; there would have to be a few manned signal boxes along the line. I believe it is controlled by one computer which will inly need to be started and turned off. Am not quite sure when-must have been a long while ago as i have avideo form around 1990 with the light siganls in operation.
