Today i passed Bristol Barton Hill depot on the train from Teignmouth to Cardiff and noticed that there was a 150/1 unit outside of the shed, it looked freshly painted and looked like the 57 car. Can anyone confirm what unit this is???

Thanks in advance.

Hello, i went past barton hill the other day while on the Plymouth-Cardiff service and saw the same unit, fgw are repainting all central livery 150s, the only units that i havent seen in blue are 150102, 150104, 150106,150108 and 150122, it might be one of them :)

Expect another one to go in shortly as 106 has just been finished. 153325 and 153333 rumoured to be going through the same refurbishment.

150106 is now repainted as i saw this on Exeter depot last night, 150122 now repainted and worked the 1657 Exeter - Barnstaple service today and i travelled on 150216 today on the 1646 Exeter Cen to Paignton and it is still in the ex Central Trains livery.

So does anyone have any idea which class 150 is currently at Bristol Barton Hill.

153325 was supposed to have gone to Wolverton a few days ago but has been postponed until railcare have some more space in their schedule.

The 2 carriages of 150202 are close to being re-united as both are now at st phillips marsh except both are facing the same way so 1 needs to be turned.

All of the above taken from WNXX
