It is also a different livery IIRC to the silverlink livery, contrary to what the Youtube description states.

Silverlink was silver and navy whereas the doors on the TPE examples seem more lilacy?

It's just a basecoat. TPE's current livery is so complicated that it needs an all-over vinyl, so it doesn't matter what colour the basecoat is.
