Note: Keighley (1st station - 1847 to 1883) was on a site about 150 yards north-west of the current station, on the other side of the Bradford Road bridge. I am thinking that it's too close to the current site to count.

Yes, that is what was agreed in the past, so we no longer mention it on this particular line. Keighley is actually shown as one of the examples in Rule 4.
