I am a tad confused here. As I am reading the maps, the station of Norton Halt on the OW&W was west of Norton Junction, where the Abbots Wood branch diverged to join the B&GR, so in fact we would have passed through it. Also I can't find evidence as to where the B&GR station of Norton was, but it seems likely that it was north of Abbots Wood Junction (this is supported by the sequence of stations listed in the Wikipedia entry for that line) so we wouldn't have passed through it. I think the next station after Norton Halt (OW&W) would be:

Abbotswood Junction (1850 - 1855)

That matter was already in the hands of the Wikipedia senior editors and there is an updated entry of the list of different Norton stations that shows Norton (B&GR) in red and Norton Halt (OW&WR) in black and there is also a line template on Worcestershire Railways that shows the Norton (B&GR) station in red, but the Norton Halt station is not shown for some reason on the line it lay upon.
