Am somewhat struggling here; but, attempting to follow the preamble as best I can -- am figuring: via sundry junctions, into Plymouth Friary, where we reverse.

A most novel idea, but there are still no less than four closed stations of differing time periods on the South Devon Railway after Plympton, before we reach any major Plymouth centre. Remember, after this line, we next join the line of the Plymouth, Devonport and South West Junction Railway.
