PS - can I enter my usual plea for the station of Arbuckle to be added to the Slamannan Railway template on Wikipedia, between Whiterigg and Arden. I am away from my files at the moment and can't remember the dates.

Sorry to relate that calling at Bowhouse has proceeded too far along the line, as at Blackston Junction, we left the line of the Slamannan Railway, to access the Monkland Railways Bathgate branch line, where the first closed station to be met on that line is.....

Westfield.....as noted on the journey preamble.

With regards to your comment regarding Arbuckle station on the Wikipedia line template, you will note that despite my previous request to Wikipedia, Arbuckle is still being shown on their line template of the Slamannan Railway, but in the incorrect position as it should be shown directly under the entry of Whiterigg on the Slamannan Railway as it was situated at the junction point of the Slamannan Railway and the Ballochney Railway. Look at the Topography section of the Wikipedia article on the Slamannan Railway, where it is clearly shown.

Where Arbuckle is incorrectly shown on the Wikipedia line template of the Slamannan Railway, the station currently shown in that position should be that of Rawyards on the Ballochney Railway.

Facetiously; found myself wondering whether this station's users affectionately called it "Fatty" -- but we find that it was open between 1840 and 1862: rather before he was around :s ...
