I've been buying tickets online recently, and splitting my route to get the best price, and then collecting at a vending machine. When I buy online (with First Great Western) after I make my first selection I get the option to add another journey, but at the end I still end up with a separate reference number for each ticket. Therefore, when I go to collect them I have to put in separate reference numbers rather than one reference to cover all the tickets I bought in a block.
Is there any way around this. Do other train companies do things the same way?
