No, it states "the name of the location, such as a station of signalbox nameboard" so you need the actual name too.

How do you enter and do they have to be "new" photos?

We can't see the filenames anyway so it doesn't really matter - used to be a case of not identifying yourself by it, but it no longer matters. Mine are usually the camera assigned name anyway
