I would have liked to enter the last two, so I shall ensure I enter this time! I recall some excellent shots from a similar competition many moons ago.
However, could I ask you to define the topic more precisely please? Does it mean in a major city centre? In any urban centre? In any urban area period? In any city, no matter how large or small or how urban (making some rural areas valid for this)?
I assume it roughly equates to the first thought, but on a larger scale to accept any major centre (including towns)?

It was my choice, doesn't have to be a city but it really ought to be an urban environment.
