Hi Guys and Girls,
Newbie here with a few questions in regards to being a conductor for southern.
Dose anybody here know how rosters work for conductors at selhurst depot ?
And also when you are a new starter how many routes are you made to learn as a conductor at any TOC full stop ? I.e do you learn one route for a while and do that route once you have passed out before then being placed on another route ?
Or do you have to learn all routes before passing out and doing a route on your own ?
Apologies in advance if any of these questions have been answered else where.
If anybody could provide any insight to the above that would be amazing.
