Coventry (COV) to Cambridge (CBG) with an overnight in London?

Just a quickie but i'll try to get all the details in!

I want to get from COV-CBG on the 10th before 3pm, returning the following day but I want to spend the night in London, leaving CBG after 5pm? I have a railcard.

If you're happy to use advances and don't mind taking slower trains, you could do the whole thing for about £15.
