Coventry - (London) - Aviemore

Hi

I was hoping someone maybe to offer some advice please as to the suitability of the Comfort Seats on the Calendonian Sleeper and children (10+8 - generally pleasant, well behaved and keep themselves occupied ).

We did via different split tickets earlier this year Cov - Aviemore and going again next year in February, but noticed that the Sleeper seems reasonable at £85 one way for us all (appreciate have to get to London) and could be a good experience (?) but additionally also offer us an extra full day in location.

Any constructive informed views would be very much appreciated - with apologies if this should be in a different thread.

The Highland sleeper stops at Crewe, so you might consider getting a train from Coventry / Nuneaton to Crewe to save the double back.

There should be new stock and new seats by February. Fares may be higher though!
