Liking the shots of the doubled-up 158s by Shrewsbury signal box too, shows off the liveries and units well.

This looks quite out of place in the area, but looks good, suitable unit to use considering the rest of the Brunel stuff going on:

EDIT: Overall, some pretty good shots in there, certainly captured some of Shrewsbury's best angles, the steam loco helped a bit there mind too, as did some nice weather. Horrible place it is when it pours down with rain. I like your GNER HST in Devon shot at the top too!

Indeed, I'm well aware of the recent stock moves, if only temporary. My comment was more that it looks out of place because of the picture livery WSX put on there, but also on how it was relevant to use that livery in the Shrewsbury area considering the amount of Brunel-related stuff was going on there.

ok sorry see what you were saying now. That unit was at crewe but would go through Shrewsbury.
