Hi all, new to this part of the forum!

I've applied for the role of Customer Service Assistant (Retail) at VT, and I've got through to and completed the SkyriseCity mobile assessment. Yet to hear back what they think of my results.

This is the first time that I've progressed this far, and was just wondering what's next to come in the recruitment process?

Also what does the job entail? The description focussed heavily on ticket office duties, however I've read elsewhere on the forum that floorwalking is also included?
