Can someone with access to the manual please confirm:
  • which c2c season tickets have dual availability, and the stations they are valid to
  • which c2c stations are inter-available
  • which Greater Anglia season tickets are dual availability, and their stations
  • which Greater Anglia stations are inter-available

This information can be found in
- Fares (not in fares data) > Dual Availability (c2c)
- Fares (not in fares data) > Dual Availability (Greater Anglia)
- Ticket Validities > Interavailable Origins/Destinations
