Do companies such as First keep unsuccessful candidates who pass the initial screening but have never been invited to the assessment stage or those who for whatever reason turned down assessment on a database?
First must do, - You have a login on their site. When you log in it shows your application history so it must be stored for it to provide this information.
Not sure how long they have been running this system but it's at least 3 years.
