Is it possible to get delay compensation from Virgin Trains when travelling on a megabus ticket? The terms on the megabus website appear to say no, but the Virgin Passengers' Charter reads otherwise. I was delayed by over three hours a couple of nights ago, arriving at 0230. It seems unfair that megabus ticket holders would in effect be penalised versus paper ticket holders who are eligible for a 100% refund. Thanks in advance for helpful responses.
