Can anyone advise on this please?

I am going to claim for delay to my journey today.

I had advance tickets for the 0900 Edinburgh to KX

This train was cancelled.

We were put on the 0930 to KX instead. This train arrived KX over 2 hours late.

On the delay repay form online (Virgin EC) it wants me to put in the scheduled departure time. Should I put in 0900, the one that was cancelled or the 0930 the one that was mega delayed?

Thanks

I'd put in the scheduled departure time as 0900 and base the total time of the delay between when you were booked to arrive on the 0900 and when you actually arrived.
