Hi,

Out of curiosity I was wondering if anyone knew the answer as to why multiple train companies seem to have Plymouth as their delay repay address ?

Is this an outsourcing company or do they just love Plymouth?

VTEC, GWR, TP Express and others all have a Plymouth address on their website

Thanks

gWr and TPE both have the same parent company. Not sure about VTEC.

VTEC use the GWR customer service centre in Plymouth along with all the other First Group companies.
