Do I have a valid delay repay claim?

Not sure I'm going to put the claim in anyway but this does happen to me quite regularly and it's becoming annoying! Last Friday I traveled to Cowes West from Clapham Junction. The ticket is for the whole journey and I caught the 11:12 which is timetabled to arrive at Southampton at 12:21 in time for the bus connection at 12:30 for the 12:45 Red Jet service.
The train was 10 minutes late, meaning I missed the bus and hence the ferry. I therefore had to wait for the 13:45 ferry and arrived one hour late. Is delay repay applicable?

I see no reason you're not entitled to normal Delay Repay.

SWR, or was it SWT at the time, paid delay repay with no quibbles when issues at Guildford caused me to miss an hourly ferry from Portsmouth. Ticket was through to Shanklin.

Just to update this thread, I did put a claim in that was rejected. I appealed and this was also rejected. I then emailed customer services including a screenshot of the travel itinerary copied from the national rail site and eventually received both a reply accepting that the claim was valid and a refund of £19.05 :D. I wouldn't have known to do this without having read advice on these forums, so thank you all very much!
