Do train bogies rotate?

I have seen in a few train simulator games and most hornby trains bogies rotate. I am just wondering how true this is.

It depends if you're referring to on the pivot or wheel wise in which case the answer is obvious.

Most bogies can only move in a certain radius because of the pipes and electrical connections, you might be able to rotate them through 360° once the body is lifted off, and it would have to be an unbraked bogie due to the brake pipes & electrical connections. But what's the point?

Im talking about the bogie as a whole. Ofc the wheels rotate.
