Docklands Light Railway Strike on 13-14 June

I have read recently that there will be another strike on the DLR.

05:30 hours on Wednesday 13th June 2018 and 05:29 hours on Thursday 14th June 2018.

What is the reason for this strike. They quote breakdown of relations and shift pattern changes but dont go into too much detail. It caused huge problems for the London Marathon Runners last time. What is this dispute about?

The 4 day strike that was planned during marathon weekend was called off normal service operated for the marathon
