Does anyone know anything about the HS1 route?

Hey,

I've just started an apprenticeship with NR and because we can't really get into the depot at the moment we've been sent some project work outside of the apprenticeship work whilst we're working from home. I've done a bit of research but there's a few things I don't have the answers to.

Does anyone have any links for resources about the route and technology used?

Type of signalling system used?

How many depots along the route? (I know of Singlewell because that's my depot)

How many delivery units on the route?

Any other relevant information that would be useful to know?

Signalling is a version of the TVM system used on French LGV routes. Arup have a bit of a summary about building it on their website:
