It shows on NR enquiries that you can travel from Lincoln to Hubbert's Bridge on this service, but is not selectable for travel from Hubert's Bridge to Boston. However if you try to buy a ticket, it shows as no tickets available.
EMR timetables do not show it as stopping at all.
Presumably that is why there's the question because of the discrepancy between the stopping pattern, the timetable and the availability of tickets for that station?

Not a mystery.
The GBTT times are the public times. The WTT are the working times.
It is not showing in the public times, only in the WTT times for a train to pass.
So it is not a surprise that the retail systems will not sell a ticket. It is possibly a problem with how it has been input that the retail systems are confused.
It is not the only poorly input train in the system for these emergency timetables.

It isn't actually running during the emergency timetable. However, normally it is purely a timing reference for pathing. The train has to wait for 2S32 coming off the single line to/from Boston, but is not booked to call in the platform.

IIRC the signalling won't allow the train into the platform at Hubberts Bridge if the section ahead isn't clear. Similar at the Heckington end with a Sleaford bound service.

Essentially, correct - partly due to the lack of sufficient overlaps/trap points. However, if the route onto the single line is set, no train has been accepted from the other signal box and the acceptance lever is in the normal position - then the signalling will allow a train to be signalled towards the single line, into the platform. I've done it a couple of times at both locations. However, this is catered for in the signal box special instructions.

As a regular worker of this service as above I can confirm it doesn't! Never understood why we don't just leave Lincoln at 20:55.

Moving...
Leaving Lincoln at 20:55 would create a direct conflict with a Down freight at Sleaford North Junction.
