Dowlow-Arpley sevice in Great Rocks Area

On page 21 of the current issue of Railway Herald number 290, there is a picture of 67030 taken near Great Rocks Junction while working the Dowlow – Warrington Arpley service and photographed by David Wragg. You can clearly see 2 shunters in the background. Can anyone tell me the spot this picture was taken from, as I would like to try and get a similar shot and be able to identify the shunters?
