Hi, I'm a depot driver for a TOC and currently on maternity leave. Just want to know how many drivers/depot drivers are on 'family friendly' hours or have accommodated hours for another reason and how easy they were to get them? I know this will vary from TOC to TOC but curious to know.

Thanks

I know a fair few drivers on family friendly hours. Lose a percentage if you come off the shift work at my TOC but some are accomdated while still on shifts.

Too many. Everyone else has to pick up the unsociable cr*p that's left.

It certainly is unpopular among non accommodated staff.
It's not called accommodated now, it's called "flexible working" and it is generally only put in for a short period of time. Family friendly policies have to match the needs of the buisness is the usual get out.
