Drivers glasses and laser surgery

Some time back I recall a post (I think in this part of the forum) where someone asked about laser surgery or something to do with eyesight requirements. One of the replies had a link to a change in the standards for EU train drivers licences from earlier this year which suggests that laser surgery was now allowed (with some additional checks) & that prescription sunglasses were allowed as long as they met group standards. If anyone remembers this or can supply the link it would be appreciated. Cheers.
