Yes, I expect quite a few drivers will be coming through Tiverton Parkway, probably at the rate of approximately one per train.

One of the stranger questions I have seen on here...
Certainly, I'd hope that the number of drivers per train will be greater than or equal to one.

Surely on average there is more than one driver per train.
Depends on the type of average you're using.
If it's the mode, then one would probably be correct. [/superpedant]
