37503 and 37521 (at Barrow Hill), 37670 (at Kingsbury scrapyard), and 37696 (at CF Booths Rotherham scrapyard), have been sold to DRS (previously owned by Harry Needle Rail Company)

37670 and 696 are now at Derby RTC. 37714 is now in the new DRS livery, 714 and 703 will be the Daventry shunters instead of 059 and 069 which are still in the XHSS pool. All of the locos you mentioned in your post 37503, 521, 696 and 670 are still in the Harry Needle Rail Company Pool Code according to WNXX.com

37696 arrived on Friday, 37670 arrived earlier this week. They, and 37503/521, are in the 'HNRS' pool.
As for coaching stock, Mk2 Standard Open 5901, which was a spares donor at Kilmarnock Works, has moved to JR Adams & Sons at Glasgow for scrap (reported in the latest Todays Railways UK magazine).

37503 and 37521 both work (or did) as both have operated during the Swanage diesel gala in recent years.
Not sure 503 is mechanicly sound, as I am sure it donated parts for 521's mini revamp, but 521's body is awful, like swiss cheese when it was at Swanage. :o

37714 is now at Daventry for shunting duties. Are 37059, 069 and 038 now used for mainline duties?

37059 was taken back to Crewe Gresty Bridge, haulage provided by 37419. 37069 remains at Daventry, 37038 is used on mainline duties.
37703 is in DRS Blue at Barrow Hill
20308 is also back in traffic, it's now at York for RHTT duties

37714 is also at Daventry now.
90034 (which will be on loan from DB Schenker to DRS, but hired out to Virgin Trains) should be ready and repainted (in DRS livery) in early February.

From another source, 20308 is OOS at Kingmoor & there haven't been any light engine movements today to York.

Where was this info from?

37261 is now stored at Crewe Gresty Bridge, its allocated to the XHSS pool. Is it going for scrap or getting repaired?

Any news on 37069 and 510 returning to traffic at Crewe and Barrow Hill any time soon within the next few weeks?

37194 was on the flasks last week I believe so they got her fixed up again pretty sharpish after the failure on the railtour.

A DRS 90? hmm that could look nice :)

Well, it's on its way. It's certainly on it's way and due for painting soon.

I will say however there's something sat in Carlisle right now, nice, new and shiny and hidden under a sheet until it moves onto Kingmoor Depot tomorrow.

That's definitely Carlisle Kingmoor. Been to both Kingmoor and Gresty Bridge, and can tell you that Etterby Road is in Carlisle.
I've also seen from numerous sources that 68002 is at Carlisle.

My mistake, I thought they were heading for Crewe.

No problem ;) . Believe they will eventually be based at Crewe.

68002 has now been unloaded at Kingmoor, and 37261 is now at Barrow Hill to become a parts donor.

6 DRS Choppers and a 66 parked just south of Doncaster this afternoon, just on the triangle where the line branches off to Sheffield, didn't get the numbers though

DVT 82101 is also at Barrow hill after it was dragged by 37038 yesterday which has now gone to Brush traction, loughborough along with 059, both which are now stored. 47802 is also stored whilst 37503, 521, 670 and 696 are now in the XHHP pool.

On March 1st, there will a final chance to ride behind 37261 at Barrow Hill before it goes for component recovery. It will be operating on the Springwell branch with MOD shunter 01520 - more details at http://www.pleg.org.uk/latest_news.html

Unfortunately it won't be 37261 now, as it is required for spares recovery earlier than anticipated.

From the PLEG website (link above)
With great support from HNRC and Barrow Hill Engine Shed Society following the withdrawal from the earlier planned use of 37261 , PLEG is delighted to announce it has secured an outing for Class 08 08389 to operate at least two trips at Barrow Hill on the Springwell Branch on Saturday 1st March 2014 starting at 16:00. The event is expected to finish by 17:30.

The PLEG charter will use locomotive hauled coaching stock and will operate in top ‘n tail mode with resident 03066 . To add to the attraction, two trips will then be powered by TOPS registered MOD Class 01/5, 01520 TH322V 4wDH (1987). To finish Class 37 37275 (which will have been in consist providing vacuum brakes for the coaching stock) will then operate under its own power for two trips, again with 03066 on the rear.
