-37412 and 47709 ( :( ) have been cut up

-47747 and 47712 should be heading to Eastleigh for a possible return to traffic, they apparently have a better bodyshell than 47839 :D

-37419 has been named 'Carl Haviland 1954 - 2012' in memory of a former HNRC technical fitter who passed away earlier this year.

-47813 has been named Solent

-Those in Bold have been updated since the first list

37261 has been stored XHSS at carlisle kingmoor along with a 20.
Any news on when will 37683 and 47791 be scrapped.
And what is the update on 37402 and 405 and the rest of the overhauls of 20s, 37s and 47s

What are the problems of 57010 and 012?

-57010 has gone to Eastleigh for bogie swap

-37683 and 47791 have no news, but Railway's Illustrated have in their RUMOUR SECTION said that HNRC have been quoted for cutting it up!

37402 and 37405 have been in store for longer and they are on the comeback. It is generally what condition the bodyshell is in as opposed to the internal kit because it's easy to get internal parts from other locos, for example 47747.

Ah, i wonder what futures DRS Have for the DBSOs then. Hopefully an extraction and overhaul will be on the cards soon then, as several years of outside storage certainly were taking it's toll on them unfortunatly. (rather like all of DCRs rolling stock!)

In addition I include 96371 in the DRS Coaching Stock allocation (even though this generator vehicle is treated by RSL as a locomotive)
It is at present used by Wabtec at Doncaster
Although still in the Eurostar GPSG pool, I understand that it was sold some years ago to DRS but it might have now been sold on by DRS
It would be interesting to know who is the current owner

96371 is at Wembley, it's 96374 at Doncaster Wabtec and I believe is now Wabtec owned.
DBSOs may just be spares!

You could well be right regarding the onward sale of 96374 but as 96372-75 were sold to DB Regio it is possible that it still is theirs for it is usually with the DB Regio Chiltern Mark 3s when in use at Wabtec

Believe it or not, TOPS in some areas needs updating. Take for instance, 56114. It was cut up in Spring 2012 yet still resides in the HTLX - BARS Locomotives pool and is down as at Washwood Heath. It got moved by road but requires to be deleted off tops. And locos that have been cut up on site at a depot, such as 37158, which was cut up around 4 years ago is still on TOPS.
Also, alot of the Nemesis Rail locos need updating. Some are still regarded as at locations such as Dartmoor Railway or Barrow Hill but are clearly not but have been moved by road.
I do not in anyway disagree with the fact 57010 and 66423 are in Eastleigh Works, because I know in some aspects that TOPS is not always updtaed. And I've just discoverd you posted a link to some photos :)

what happened with 47712? it was in service last year working a driver training learner route between perth and inverness in febuary? What is the current status of the DRS fleet?

47712 is used as a carriage heater at Crewe. She has scrap wheelsets I believe. Couldnt head out on the mainline in anger if she wanted.

It was also briefly stored for a short while last year after chucking out a fair amount of white smoke / possibly burning oil. The scrap condition of the wheelsets also dosent seemed to have helped 712s fate, but hopefully, theres hope and life in it yet for a return. :)

Not sure where 66423s now located, but it did leave Eastleigh for Willesden last week.

Yes they are both there, 47747 is outside (I believe next to the Nantwich line) but 47712 is inside.
I will update over the weekend when I next get access to the internet, currently having problems within the family :(

A photo on wnxx shows 37069 is also outside with 47747 with not much work being done on 37069
