Dumb question to ask !!

Hi guys.

New to this forum so I apologise in advance for my ignorance!

I have applied for trainee driver with FGW and my online application status is "awaiting shortlisting"

Does this mean that i WILL be shortlisted, or merely that the shortlisting process is yet to begin??

Probably means they are doing a sift and when that is done, you'll know if you have got through to the online tests.

I would guess it means that the processing has not begun yet. That is exactly what it means where I work.
