E-mail address that wont go to junk/spam

Equally I can get e-mails from someone that hasn't contacted me before on hotmail that goes straight to junk, and the subject isn't something unusual, whereas some unusual subjects (one worded, mis-spelt etc) that are clearly spam goes to my inbox (though it isn't a common occurrence, only a very very small amount)

I can't speak with authority about other filters, but ours processes a decent about of mail (about a billion messages month) and the subject line is *way* down the list of things we're looking at.
