So the ticket that needs activating isn't an e-ticket in just the same way that my vacuum cleaner isn't a Hoover or my ball point pen isn't a "Biro". To the Great British Public if it is done online then it is an "E" something.

I don't know anything about your domestic cleaning arrangements :D; but this is why I wrote this post (earlier in this thread), to try and explain the differences.

So your average ToD CCST booked online is an e-Ticket , that makes my life so much simpler.
